Working Through Quarantine

This week has been a little tough trying to do my ISM work without being at school. After Thanksgiving, my family including my brother tested positive for Covid-19. As soon as we found out I took a test and it was negative but I still quarententied and a few days later I started to show symptoms. I took a test today and it turns out I am positive.
During the quarantine it made it difficult to do some of my original work which includes making recipes. Due to my household having younger children in it, I am not allowed to go downstairs for safety measures. So I have been working on the more digital aspect which includes my website and blog posts. Hopefully I will get better soon to continue with my original work and get all the recipes completed.

The day I was suppose to have a meeting with my mentor was when I found out my family members got Covid-19. She was suppose to try my products and give me some feed back and talk about packaging but because I was in contact with my family I didn't want to risk her getting it too so I canceled the meeting. I also had to to cancel my food managers test which has set me back a few steps of where I wanted to be. But being at home has given me a lot of time to catch up on emails, packaging, and finances. Hopefully I get better soon to start working with my mentors again.

Can't wait until you are feeling better and back!
