My Core Competencies
Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
From managing logistics as a student leader in VSA to coordinating product flow in a fast-moving startup, I’ve led diverse teams of up to 40 members across operations, design, and marketing. I’ve implemented cross-functional systems using UX sprints and project planning tools to drive results. At ReNitro, I served as the central communication hub between designers, engineers, and stakeholders, translating big ideas into actionable strategies. I bring a collaborative mindset and the ability to unite teams around shared goals, especially in dynamic or technical environments where clarity and alignment matter most.
Growth Mindset and Entreprenurial Spirit
I approach every project with curiosity and a commitment to improvement. Whether it's creating a nitrogen recycling prototype to solve an environmental challenge or launching a digital bakery using only a $1 ad test, I push ideas forward by combining creativity with data. I embrace uncertainty as fuel for innovation and growth. These experiences have shaped me into a self-starter who thrives on building meaningful, scalable solutions—whether through product experimentation, UX design, or digital transformation efforts.
Problem Solving & Adaptability
I thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environment—whether launching a startup from scratch, balancing a full academic load, or pivoting product direction based on real-time feedback. During my Baked Goodz project, I rapidly iterated on pricing and UX based on customer interviews and behavioral testing, improving conversion rates and engagement. In cross-disciplinary coursework and team projects, I’ve learned to quickly adapt to new tools like SQL and Figma, integrating feedback loops and agile methods. This mindset makes me confident stepping into complex IT or product problems and finding creative, structured solutions.
