After Launch

Hows the Business

This past week I was able to launch the peanut butter cookies and they did a lot better than I thought. We only have three cookies left so I am going back this upcoming week to make more. I made about a hundred of each flavor for the truffles and we have a little bit less than half left which is really exciting. The business has been growing and a lot more people are becoming more aware of our product. I have a meeting set up for Thursday next week to meet Dominique and work out all the specs for getting the product into other locations. We keep pushing the date back due to some schedule complications but hopefully, this upcoming Thursday works.

Final Product Update

I have been able to finish up the pictures for the final product as well as get the template done for the recipe card. I am still missing 2 pictures, one for the cranberry orange scone and the front picture of the mochi cookie which I forgot to take a picture of. I also added a QR code for the nutrition information rather than putting it on the sheet for space purposes, and it also makes the recipe card look cleaner since there is limited space.

I have also started to hand out my invitations for the Final presentation. I am inviting a few of my friends as well as some family members hopefully everyone is able to make it.
