Planning the next step...
In ISM we are moving on from resumes and just finished our first real research assessment. I did my first topic about dietetics and more specifically the importance of diet. The excerpt I read had good information but it was written in 2001 so some of the information is outdated but it had a good fundamental of the basics of what is considered a healthy diet and why we need a good diet. I also just finished finalizing all the recipes and officially finished the first sprint. It went pretty well but I didn't get to finish one task which was to work on my food manager's license. I don't have any funding so I wasn't able to pay for the licenses and I am waiting on my dad's approval to go on with getting licensed. However, I did get another mentor to help with my business and hopefully, we can start working on getting funding and getting our product market-ready.
Being overwhelmed
After finishing the first sprint I realized how much work needs to be done. Thinking about all the tasks and objectives we need to get accomplish feels overwhelming and puts a lot of pressure on me to get as much done before the year ends. There is so much that we need to do and I don't have the resources to do much so I talked with my Entrepreneur teacher about what we can do now until we can figure out the funding. After talking to her we thought it was best to make the next sprint about planning out the rest of the year on all the tasks that need to be completed and organizing them under sprints to have a base plan for the year. By planning out the sprints for the rest of the year hopefully, it will relieve some pressure and help create a guide for me to follow.
