Giving speeches

This week I have been preparing for my first real ISM speech and working on research assessments and interviews. I got an interview with a few more people and am just waiting on a good time for us to meet up. Even though I have been preparing for this speech it made me realize how many public speaking skills I lack. It's been a year since I have given a real speech and it feels public speaking is brand new. Hopefully, as time goes on I will be able to improve my public speaking skills to further be able to connect with my audience and get them more engaged in what I have learned.
