Ending the Week

Ready for a break

This week is the week before spring break and I am so ready to take a break. I feel that I worked well this past few weeks to keep up my work and responsibilities as well as to complete the ISM speech and the Symposium. I hope this break I do not have to work or babysit too much so I can take a break too but I guess we will see. Overall we have not done much this past week for ISM because Mrs. Altizer has been out for ISM interviews and it being the week before the break it was more of a catch-up week. I finished my research assessment from when we come back already so I was ahead so I used my time to catch up on other school work as well as looking into other recipes for my final product.

Feeling Stuck

I have been preparing for my Food Managers License test by reviewing topics and questions that I have missed. However, I feel that I have not been doing much for my business or just any work. I do not really know what to do next or what I should be doing. I have been trying to plan and get finances set up for when we launch but I feel like I should be doing more. I am getting my license however so I will be able to start working at my mentor's bakery and be able to learn firsthand how a bakery works.
